Dad's Birthday Card/Altered Top Note Die

I created the shape by rotating the top note die cut 90 degrees after the initial cut. Then I masked the white area and sponged.

Stamps: Lovely Letters, retired hostess set
Ink: Night of Navy, Brocade Blue
Paper: Night of Navy, WW
Accessories: sponges, stamp-a-ma-jig, top note die, big shot

My Husband's Birthday Card

The inside reads: Thanks for always "supporting" us. You deserve the best birthday! However, someone suggested "You deserve the breast birthday." That would have worked too. Brian likes my cards, but I can never make one that is truly masculine and shows off my card-making talents. I really like this one. I didn't come up with the idea, I found it online.

Enjoy!

Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Taken With Teal
Paper: Taken With Teal, Certainly Celery, Blush Blossom, non-stampin UP dsp
Accessories: scallop punch, modern label punch, word window punch, top note die cut, big shot, 1 3/8 circle punch

Build-A-Bear

Introducing the new Build-A-Bear stamp sets from Stampin UP! I did NOT think I would like these stamps, but I thought they would make great cards. I really like them now because I love to color. The set includes a boy and girl bear with accessories: party hat, bag, flower, and balloon. I'll post more photos soon.

(One more thing: The Whisper White card stock was cut using the top note punch and big shot machine. After cutting the top note, turn the paper 90 degrees and run through the machine again.)

Same card: two designs
Stamps: Beary Best Friends, Beary Nice Wishes
Paper: Regal Rose, Certainly Celery, Whisper White
Ink: Staz-On Jet Black, Regal Rose, Old Olive
Marker: Creamy Caramel, Rose Red, Regal Rose, Certainly Celery, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Big Shot, top note die cut, certainly celery ribbon, blender pens, markers, sponge daubers

Upcoming Stamp Camp in Cape

I am hosting a stamp camp this weekend. Contact me if you'd like to attend. The class fee is $10 and we will make 5 projects. Below is a photo of one project: a card set with three coordinating cards/envelopes inside a see-through pouch. We will also make a version of the post-it note holder from the previous post. Email or call if you'd like to attend!
